For our first Paris Diary by Laure entry, we are taking a giant leap back into the past and renewing our relationship with Barbie!
Until September 18th 2016, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris dedicates an entire exhibition to the most popular doll worldwide. Decors, costumes, and even royal dolls; everything is there to completely dive into the long history and colorful life of the Mattel icon.
Children will have fun spending so much time in a doll-universe whereas adults might take the tour even further and analyse the development of Barbie, since its creation in 1959, with the cultural development of our society.
You can read Laure’s entire article on the Barbie exhibition on her blog.
